The prices for EXHIBITION SPACE are:

Standard Exhibition Booth € 7,000 (+19% VAT)

Premium Exhibition Booth € 13,000 (+19% VAT)

Standard Exhibition Booth € 5,500 (+19% VAT) (only for science members)

Standard Exhibition Booth € 2,200 (+19% VAT) (only for Start Ups)

The option of participating in the exhibition is not contigent on your organization making a presentation at the prostep ivip Symposium.

In case of a participant cancellation before 1 March 2024, the organizer will charge a processing fee of 150 Euro (+ VAT).

In case of a booth cancellation before 1 March 2024, the organizer will charge a processing fee of 500 Euro (+ VAT).

For cancellations after that date, a charge equivalent to 100% of the total cost is due. Substitute participants will be accepted at no extra charge. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program if necessary.
